1. Cancellations by Customer

• Orders/workshop bookings/registrations once confirmed cannot be canceled after payment is completed, unless otherwise specified in a service agreement.

• For digital services (e.g., workshops, consulting, magazine access), cancellation is not permitted once access has been granted or service delivery has begun.

2. Refund Eligibility

​

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

• Duplicate Payment: If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error.

• Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to provide the promised service due to internal issues (e.g., cancellation of a workshop by Planet Alba).

• Exceptional Cases: At the discretion of Planet Alba management for extenuating circumstances, subject to review.

3. Refund Process

We do not sell or rent your personal data. We may share your information with:

• Refund requests must be sent via email to info@planetalba.biz within 7 calendar days of the original transaction date.

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original source of payment (UPI, card, net banking, wallet, etc.) within 7–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.

• Processing charges or gateway fees, if any, may be deducted from the refund amount.

 

4. Non-Refundable Transactions

• Payments for services already delivered or accessed.

• Subscription/membership fees once the service period has started.

• Any promotional or discounted services unless canceled by Planet Alba.
