4. Planet Alba’s Rights

7. Limitation of Liability & Indemnity
Planet Alba’s total liability for any claim arising from your use of the Website is limited to the Transaction Amount you paid. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Planet Alba and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims arising from your breach of these Terms.

If you post a review, you certify that you have firsthand experience, and that your content:

• Contains no profanity, hate speech, or illegal content.

• Is not part of any organized campaign.

• Is not false or misleading.

• We may remove any review at our sole discretion.

 

9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute shall be resolved by arbitration in Bengaluru under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. Proceedings shall be in English, and the seat of arbitration shall be Bengaluru.
